Alarm Monitoring
To cancel an alarm and avoid false alarm assessments of $100 per occurrence, please contact the Paradise Valley Police Department at (480) 948-7410 immediately upon accidental activation, day or night. |
A false alarm is defined by the Town Code as an activation of an alarm system that results in a public safety personnel dispatch to premises where the alarm system is activated, with no evidence at the premises of a crime or emergency, as emergency is determined by public safety personnel. An activation resulting in a criminal report will not be counted as a false alarm. |
§4-3-18 of the Town Code requires all alarm systems operating within the Town limits be permitted, and renewed annually. Applications for Alarm User permits will be mailed to residents with known alarm systems no later than Mar 1st, 2010. |
To register your alarm system, complete the Alarm User Permit application you received from your alarm installer or retrieved when you visit the Town Hall Complex. Submit the application with a check or money order to: Town of Paradise Valley Alarm Division 6401 E Lincoln Dr Paradise Valley, AZ 85253 |
